- Scoring questions — which check you're asking about and your product's public profile URL.
- Feature requests — describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the feature you want.
- Security issues — if you've found a security vulnerability, please include reproduction steps. We take these seriously and will respond within 24 hours.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all emails within 1-2 business days. Security reports receive priority handling within 24 hours.
